Improved building/More items in workshop

Improve the building so it snaps easier and doesn't try to place stuff UNDER ground. I've accidentally lost 3 stone foundations now. For workshop Items; I was thinking of a portable tent/Shelter nothing major, just something to compliment the campfire we already get.
