Station Access from Outpost Home Base

This game would go to the next level if after each mission we would automatically return to our homebase outpost and access the space station menu from there. This would make it worth creating the ultimate Outpost Base. The way the game is right now, none of my friends (about a dozen of them play this game) nor I are interested in investing any time on outposts.
