Bug? outpost weather difficulty change missing

hi if i created outpost previously have 2 dificulty changes - 1 for weather and 2 for animals, now is only for animal, i like hard with animals, but i cant change weather dificulty, in hard is always 5 min its little annoing.

Yeah, we should have all control of the outpost. Should be our safe sandbox place.
