Free build pieces should gain support from pieces they contact

The new ability to toggle snapping off is a lot less creative than it could be because pieces placed this way can not get any support from pieces they touch that are on different grids. They have to have foundation support all the way to the ground. So you can't do fanciful trim, a bay window on a second story, or whatever fanciful thing without pillaring the pieces all the way down. So all the new system really allows is more creative foundation placement. I'd suggest that contact with a supported piece on another grid should count and the free placed piece is then considered as one further from the foundation support, just as a snapped piece would.
