Add Armor-piercing Ammunition

Add an Armor-piercing 7.62 Bullet made from Titanium and Steel or Titanium and Platinum. Make this Ammunition capable to Headshotting Polar Bears like a properly-placed Titanium Bolt. I recommend this also include Shotgun Slugs to allow for fighting Polar Bears, Scorpions, Sand Worms, and Bosses. This would be especially important when Solo. Speaking of Solo, Boss Fights should be Optional on Outposts like Olympus on a per-session basis to keep Solo Players from losing bases that have cost lots of time and resources. This should also include some way to keep Bosses from attacking Bases when Prospectors are not in them, and to Stop Attacking them when a Player is unconscious/KIA.
