Rubberized attachment transfering too much damage to armor piece

while hopping around and off cliffs i noticed that my composite feet armor were breaking really fast and realized it was due to the Rubberized attachment teir2 after talking to a couple of the prominent discord players i was informed that the shoes taking damage was as intended but they may be taking more than they should they were taking significant damage compared to the amount i was taking while i do take reduced fall damage prior to the attachment it was still felt like it was a lot of damage. I ended up having to take it off because they were costing me an unreasonable amount of composite repairing them.
