[Bug] Visual bug, only host sees reinforced glass in glassworking bench.

When you connect the glassworking bench to a watersource, you get the reinforced glass pieces. Except the tooltip and glow only shows for the host, any non-host (a.k.a. client) will not see the glow nor get the tooltip. See attached comparison screenshots.
