Need to establish better gameplay around session based playing. eg going into the arctic and spending more time killing polar bears and getting polar bear pelts to make armor for the artic than you need to spend doing the mission doesn't work as you cant continue to use that for another mission or someting else. It needs to have gear acquirable that scales less than the difficulty of that given mission. At the moment there is no artic mission that is more difficult or makes sense to make a trip to the arctic to get pelts to go back into the artic. There are quite a few little things like this that dont really quite make sense to me.
