Stone building gone in storm but all wood portions remain

When we left the game for a meal a storm was in progress; upon return, the storm continues, however, our stone building is gone but all the wooden portions of our build remain intact and did not need repair. I immediately left the game and tried again. Same conditions. Please give me back my stone building and do not remove the wood portions (doors and shutters), biofuel composter, extractor, sleeping bags (2) and mortar and pestle with our exotics and supplies.
