[Suggestion] Make a fence removable the way building parts are

Now that we're using fences pretty often to keep our mounts from running around, it would be great if they could be removed just like walls for example. As we needed to find working spots, expand the animals' space or resettle them for other reasons, waiting for the "X" timer to pick up a fence added up until I felt like reporting it on featureupvote.
