BUG: player died on tammed animal = lost player

Hi! We have a problem to respawn a friend after he died on the way to basis (weather). The map is showing the place where he died but there is nothing, no cross mark, no armor and stuff on the ground. Player died on the tammed animal and was lost forever. Game removed him from prospect. After he re-joins the mission, the game shows he is connected but there is only his triangle on the map without his nick. We tried to leave the prospect again and re-join him this way too. Same behavior. No signs of his stuff, cannot be healed, cannot join anymore.

UPDATE: we tried another two players, nobody found the pallet / armor belonging to dead player on the mark that is map showing. Unstuck tested too, moved only the players icon (triangle) 50m away. Only change, his nickname appeared on the map correctly again. We played on hardcore, so the player had no chance to self-respawn to his point. After all this, we decided to leave the prospect and start the mission again. Only solution for such a problems is to enable 1 self-respawn for the hardcore. If nobody can rescue the player, the mission is lost for us.
