[Suggestion] "Doodad" blueprint sections

It's a fair bit of work for the art and modeling teams, but it would be cool to have a set of non-tier blueprints for "useless" decorative stuff. Rugs, decorative plants, tableware, banners, maybe holiday decorations. Decorative fountains or even things like "chandeliers" that "work" but do something basic (like act as a light source or just require a water hookup).
