Arrow bundle selectable as ammo glitch

Arrow bundles can be equipped as ammo for Bows. If you scrap the bow whilst the arrow bundle is selected as ammo you do not receive the bundle back in return. It also says in the item feed "(insert your arrow bundle name) +0" also appears to be in a different font than usual with awkward line spacing. The arrow bundle can be returned to your inventory however if you select another ammo type for your bow. The arrow bundle can be fired (I haven't collected any further information other than it's difficult to find because it's invisible due to the lack of an actual model. Steps to reproduce: Collect an arrow bundle. Hold 'r' with a bow equipped, and select the bundle as ammo. Unsure if this is also an issue with Bolts, however.
