Dropped items visible on screen

Would like to see accidentally dropped workshop or crafted items visible on screen, either by a marker or some kind of indication. We have all been in situations to where we accidentally throw our knife or spear and it can’t be found. Which then makes us have to spend more wren to craft in the workshop which is a pain.
