Revamp of combat - arms tree and inclusion of workshop firearms

Revamp of the arms talent tree. as with the majority of current talents, the various options only offer basic X increases to certain stats. As a result very few people actually spend points in the talents. My suggestion would be: - Late talentree unlocks (Second alteration bench option for firearms, various scopes, flashlight, more advanced T4 pistol/shotgun) - Talentpoint that unlock type of ammuntion (frag rounds - deal moderate fire dmg and slows targets. flare rounds etc) - Adding workshop Rifle, pistol and shotgun. Moderate durability and purchase of rounds with 20 rounds filling 1 spacepod slot.
