Envirosuits should be swappable in Outposts

Currently we are only allowed to use the envirosuit worn when Outposts were created... But since we now have the entire map to explore with several different biomes, we need to be able to use different envirosuits for different biomes... please fix this issue, I can't imagine it would be too difficult to fix... Thanks in advance...
