[BUG] Mount Audio after getting stormblight

Or whatever it's called. But if you are riding a mount while you get storm exposure up too high to the point you start getting the debuffs an audio bug occurs and it's a consistent bug. Your prospector's labored breathing from exposure remains going even after the storm is over and after you've dismounted. It will not stop until you've left that session and then rejoined. I have no idea why this is a thing, but it's annoying because it's one of the few current advantages mounts give us. They aren't affected by storms or if they are it's so minimal that they don't show it currently. But the breathing needs to stop after the storm exposure is gone whether or not we're on a mount, got it on a mount, or got it underwater (which is apparently a thing wind effects.)
