Auto restart benches when power applied.

When I hook solar panels to my furnace it starts just fine, but if I leave to go drill something and come back a day or two later I find it stopped that first night and never restarted in the morning when the solar came back on and half the stuff isn't smelted. Also If you put down a powered bench like the attachment bench and build things on it before remembering to hook up power... then hook up power.. the items in the queue will not build they just sit there. You have to remove them all and rebuild them. The station should activate when power is applied.
