[Crash] Game crashed and deleted character

not sure what caused the crash but my prospector was deleted and he was lvl 43ish

Same thing happened to me. I got a game crash with a windows blue screen. After updating the graphics driver, my character and prospects were deleted. This is after having my base deleted after another game crash a month ago. Serious data keeping problems that the dev's are having.

All data is saved locally on your own PCs now, so if any data is being corrupting, it will be something wrong with your save files. Are you updating your graphics drivers before you start playing? And verifiying your steam game files?
