[Bug] Desync and unable to mine

I was hosting a prospect (Strange Harvest: bio-research) but alone at the time. I was unable to mine iron or stone in this particular spot, even before the connection message popped up. After the message was removed, I was still unable to mine here. Elsewhere on the map I could mine just fine. Video below https://youtu.be/ERcnolCVwaE
