[Suggestion] Add DLSS 3 frame generation to the game

with the launch of the 4090 and DLSS3 it seems like adding DLSS3 and frame generation would be a simple way to add much needed FPS to the game or using less aggressive DLSS settings for better image quality while keeping decent FPS
