Open World saves not accessible to Steam Friends / Full Coop disabled

It would appear to be a major bug. Open World mode is currently like a sandbox that your Steam Friends cannot see the save files for. You have to host it and then let friends join instead of like missions where everyone basically shares the same cloud saves. As-is Steam friends cannot play the same Open World map if the person that created it is offline. Please make it like on missions instead!
