Unreal Engine Error on Startup

I cannot launch my game. Everytime I try I get a UE-4 Engine error. Sometimes ACCESS VIOLATION and another times LowLevelFatalError. No software nor hardware changes made on my computer since I could play it. Just this weeks update installed. Already tried verifying local files (5 times), reinstalled the game, etc.. not working. All drivers and updates are installed on the computer. Logs has been sent when prompt on the error.

I have the LowLevelFatalError constantly since I decided to come back to the game after many months away. I have re-installed, verified local files multiple times, updated Unreal to the most recent version, updated my video card drivers. I have tried running as Admin, not as admin, with steam, and without steam. My game is not modded. Below is the crash report I see every time:
