Taming predator species

After the updates to taming the buffalo and Moa i loved the idea of going full beast master build, and have a few wolves or snow leopards protecting my base(I want my kitties). since you already have ways for the animals to attack and deal damage to other animals(the aggressive stance i believe0, i thought it might be plausible to expand what you can tame so that you can protect yourself. Obviously I know it exploitable cause you could have a whole swarm of stuff clear out entire swathes of forest, so maybe only 1-2 predators can follow you at a time(or even be tamed/claimed by a person, and locked behind talents)? Even if i could only get 1, maybe 2 at a time, it would be so cool to have a good doggo or kitty to have as your travel buddy!
