Unlimited Bears?

Was In a Open World Started one the new quests and it was to retrieve a something from a dead guy and 5 bears spawned. Figured what ever but killed all 5 and 5 more spawned. Did this 5-7 more times and then died.

I was having the same problem today. The more bodies you have to find the more bears show up and they never stop spawning. It's nice to know the bears are guarding the bodies but annoying when they respawn in 15 secs

Yep, we purposely kept farming the bears and not completing that Shortwave Radio Mission, on purpose. Made a whole wall full of bear heads, was like 35 or something, and then finished the mission. But yes, 5 or so spawned in front of us in a pile, over and over. Was quite the sight. Assumed it was on purpose to make it challenging to get to all the bodies. Could use some refinement though rather than spawning so obviously in front of you though.
