Electrical Devices Should Consume Less Electricity When Not In Use

Electrical devices currently use their entire energy requirement all the time; this means that a single generator cannot power, for example, a material processor, an electric furnace AND a light, even if neither the electric furnace nor the processor are doing anything. Instead, electrical devices should have either 0 draw when no queue exists (or off, for something like a light), or a substantially lower power requirement when not doing anything.

All electrical workbenches need an lights need the full power, even if they are turned off.
There coulde be a stand-by power consumption of 10% of the actual feed.
So if a workbench /furnace is not used (not produce anaything) it will need only 10% and not 100% of its power.

Therefore the need of Biofuel is reduced and you will not need to build 5 Generators or solar panels to feed a whole electrified base.
