[Bug] Dynamic mission bears reset to mission area at supersonic speed

It would be funny if it wasn't so scary. The bears spawn for the mission and then start roaming, as bears do. When they appear to reach the edge of the mission area, they receive an urgent court order to return to the mission area center and do so at ridiculous speeds. https://youtu.be/yQT8ohYVnlk
