Tier 4 Kitchen should make pills

Currently, I built the new kitchen setup, which replaces everything except the herbalism bench (which isn't necessarily a kitchen implement so that's fine) and the kitchen bench. The tier 4 kitchen bench should be able to do everything that the tier 3 one does. There's no reason to need a tier 3 and 4 in the same kitchen.

Chemisty bench covers the things that aren't in the t4 kitchen bench, this is because there is no t3 chemistry bench equivelant.
