[Suggestion] Adjust Mission Timers , Scale Timers to Difficulty Levels, Add to Open World Missions

Now that the timers are ticking in game only - please adjust them so they actually add a feel of urgency and challenge to the game. Would be nice if they scaled with the selected difficulty level for the mission. I think adding timers to some open world missions (on harder levels) would also make them more interesting.

Would also like more missions in open world.
world like more big guys like Mammoths, bears and polar bears - need that big boss for the recommended dropping biomes.
ability to skip through the audios from the missions already done.
