m70 model hunting rifle replacing the bolt action rifle model

personally i think the m70 winchester would make a better addition to the model as it looks relatively able to be made with the stuff in icarus and it would make the gun look cleaner also while we are at it we could also make the reload longer to 4 seconds instead of 3
