Add a way to purchase insurance after the fact.

I was excited about the new changes to Icarus and decided to join a random dedicated server. After about 30 minutes or so, I was disconnected and haven't been able to find the server to join it since. I'm unable to locate it from the dedicated server, and I can't load it from the load section. I'd like to have a way to get my stuff back as this can't be working as designed... and if so, I can't imagine this to be an intended consequence. Regardless, if there was a way to pay for insurance after the fact, even if at a premium, that would be better than losing all your stuff because someone randomly turned off their server and didn't start it back up.
