[Bug] Server Restart message not being displayed to players.

On Nitrado dedicated beta servers (for the Icarus game), the Server Restart Message specified in the Automated Tasks interface is not being displayed, or is not being displayed prominently enough for players to spot it and log off the server in time before being unceremoniously kicked. As the server administrator, I have had many complaints about this. Please make this more visible to the players. Thank you.
