Dedicated servers and Claimed insured items
If you joined a Dedicated server and for reason the server mission/server closed ( the server stopped working/the owner stopped the server/ the owner changed the mission/ the owner canceled the server) , you can not get your items back unless its insured. If not insured, I would say I understand why I lost my items. ( sometime its not your problem. As soon as a joined a server , lost connection and the host is not in the list anymore. The server is gone. it happened to me) If I insured my items, why do I have to wait 5 days? It will be fair for me since I insured and have the amount that needed for the insurance in my profile to let me claim it instant ( if I have the amount needed). In short, Claiming insured items should be instant. Take the cost of the insurance from my profile and let me play again. Why Do I get punished , if it was not my problem? punished even if i paid insurance? Please consider this, it is critical. I did lose my stuff( 2sets of armor/tools) on bad hosts.
