supply drop from workshop/loadout

The ability while in an Open World to call a supply drop ship to the planet. Currently you can jump into your space ship and leave the planet resupply and drop back in. My suggestion is like while using the Short Range Radio call a supply drop from the space station to your overworld At a price for convivence. leaving the Open World to gather resources to then return etc. I think this would be a more immersive feature. Of course using this should come at a slight increase to ren/exotic cost.

This would be useful now since once a character drops with a loadout they can not change it. It would help with bringing down supplies like seeds.
