[Suggestion] Save game state on Icarus servers when exiting for someone else to continue
Having P2P Servers is fine to reduce the load on the Icarus servers, but I often had the case that one friend started hosting the game and when he left and couldn't play the next day because of work shift, I continued a bit. This is now only possible with the workaround to share some local files. My suggestion would be that the state of the game should at least stored on the Icarus servers. This would take just a little bit of space (HDD space is cheap). So when the friend leaves the game and I want to play the next day, I download the state and continue hosting.

AJ HendersonThis is what they were doing before, but when you have tons of users, that all still adds up and gets pricy to keep the services to provide the data running. What they could possibly do instead though is provide some way to hand off the ownership of a session via the application. Then, at least if you knew about it in advance, you could pass it off between players.

Alderaic Mergedinstead of dedicated servers, implementing a shared save would be awesome. grounded is doing that, basically the last user of the shared game will publish the cloud save, then any of the shared player can load it with the latest version and become the host.
I think it would make shared world easier to manage instead of going full dedicated or waiting for your friend to show up -
