Equipping Shields - Improvement Suggestion

Shields are defense, like armor. There should be box next to the armor where your shield drops into, just like your pieces of armor, water bottle, 02 cannister, etc. If you have a shield equipped there, you can use it when wielding any one-handed weapon. Currently, having to have the shield next to the one-hander in the hot-bar, then having to select the shield first and then the one-hander - is just very clunky.

Or maybe we could place the shield in the torch/belt slot to equip it to the off hand...
