Water Wheel Modifications/Alternatives.

The water wheel is awesome, but we can do better with a few simple modifications. Make the wheel larger for people or animals to walk in like a hamster wheel. You need power, start walking! Push the whole thing on its side and use Leather Curtain Window pieces to catch the wind. This way we can have power generation without moving water or fuel. Seems easy enough.
