improved visual for loading and loadout screens

This is an opportunity for your artists to do their thing. Have each player characters accolades appear on the player, not necessarily in game play but in the station (min) and while launching/landing. (See also ship customizations and animation) Additionally: Player characters are not consistent between views switching from one adorned jump suit to another. Seeing my badge of killing polar bear or I survived a certain event would make player characters seem more valuable. Due to the achievements affecting more than a list of stats, the attachment to the player character matters.
