Deleting and remaking Open World saves does not allow you to reuse the same World name

I've now remade an open world save in Olympus, having deleted my previous version to account for weekly updates, but it does not allow me to use the same name for remade versions. It says "another save is already named this", or something along those lines, but that one has been deleted. :/

Elissa - Producer AdminHi there, have you deleted it from your game files? It might just still be saved in there so it won't let you until that's gone.
