Paint that can be applied o to concrete buildings

The additional of some sort of paint workbench where you can create paint to make buildings look much nicer.

This would be a nice touch, though I wouldn't want it to be done before more important things like increasing talents, drop ship slots, or even making a rifle sight with a cross hair instead of just zooming the frame (not that that frustrates me...).
