Found bug and suggestions

Hi, I'm hosting a dedicated server for me and my friend. The server is running standard settings. We noticed that in both OW and Mission mode only one of us can mine Oxite, Ores and Sulfur. The first one to join the game seem to get ownership over these deposits while the second joiner can destroy the deposits without getting anything in inventory. I also have a suggestion: Add exotics and Missions to Open World.
