Height adjustable foundation pieces and beams

We can currently adjust the height of the pieces when we press End then we use Page Up/Down to move the pieces further into or out of the ground. Allow us make the same height adjustment when those pieces snap together. This will allow for more accurate building versus estimating that piece that was placed freely but is actually not at the right angle. The primary goal for this is to help with building as close to the ground level as possible to have a flat, even surface that accurately matches at all of the points in a bigger area.
