More variety with Weather \ Events to make things interested and less "exposure" based
As weather matures, I would love to see Seasons implemented. For example, using Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter as seasons (I'd like to see them called different things in Icarus like Monsoon Season, Low Visibility Season, etc...) The weather can follow the season as a general guideline. Based on my Discord Post: https://discord.com/channels/715761957667602502/822248236663701514/1069659994166927401

DreadPirateSpring Weather\Effect Ideas:
Fog (Light\Average\Heavy, primarily cosmetic higher severity increases hostile animal spawns)
Light Showers (Cosmetic and/or Slowing based on rain severity)
Wind (current implementation)
Summer Weather\Effect Ideas:
Average \ Heavy Showers (Cosmetic and/or Slowing based on rain severity)
Drought (no rain, water depletes faster, crop growth slows if not watered, crop water depletes faster, etc...)
Solar Flares (Electronics stop working\start glitching including Hud, Player Map, radar calls more animals, takes more time to scan, etc...)
Fall Weather\Effect Ideas:
Tornados \ Hurricane (Severe weather)
Cold Front (Fog, crops do not grow due chill/frost, etc...)
Pre-Hibernation (animals are more aggressive as they prepare for winter) -

DreadPirateWinter Weather\Effect Ideas:
Slower Crop Growth (unless in a greenhouse/grow lamp/ etc...
Less animal spawns (hibernation etc...)
More aggressive animals (starving = more aggression)
Larger animal migration/hunting areas (less prey, higher huger will cause animals to wander further away from their normal hunting areas)
Not all of those ideas are great, but the main point I wanted to convey is that more variety is needed. Not all storms\events need to be focused on storm exposure there are some really creative things that can be done that mixes up gameplay. For example when a solar flare is close to occurring, Sol announces that there is a Solar Flare immanent and that the prospector's equipment may malfunction. Expect radio silence until the event is over... things like that.
I appreciate the incredible effort that the team has put forth for Icarus, please take these comments with positive tone (as tone is hard to convey in text).
