No option for load out screen. Open World Character

I have a character that seems to be locked to an OW. I have left in drop ship back to station. Now every time I go to re-enter the same OW my character does not get an option to take a new load out, continues straight to loading screen and drops back in a new drop ship with the load out I had selected prior to this situation occurring. https://discordapp.com/channels/715761957667602502/822245149483597864/1070228222383497216 This screen shot shows a small drop ship already on the right of the OW mission select screen does this indicate that there is already a drop ship on planet ?. Any suggestions. I can drop another character in without any issues.
