open world is glitched for me

i can fly out than fly back in.. i can load out of the world on the drop ship and than come back with the same items it dups them i dont want them to dup cuz i cant take new items in to my world now im pissed :[ and when the new update happend my house was messed up so i hade to move it like land wise it was flat now its up a hill and i spawned in i was up in the air and fell to my death
