[Bug] Accolades not counting on dedicated servers

when playing on a dedicated server none of the accolades count up or complete.

We have noticed when using dedicated server ribbons don't get updated. My build in mining , a friends is chopping wood and we've added 1000's to counts over last week and no ribbon value has increased.
