No option for new load out. Open world

This issue continues to occur. The problem seems to arise when the character leaves workshop items on planet. The character will not get an option to select new load out when dropping back to planet. Automatically drops with previous load out and continues too each time. A small drop pod appears beside open world mission title. You need to clear that pod icon to rectify.
