CropPlot get Stuck

It does happens regularly but not on every crop plot. Sometime when I log in in my openworld game, I find the following situation ion one or two crop plot: 1) Graphically the plant is full grown 2) Clicking "F" open the plot but the device inventory is empty, the growth bar is full and it does display the name of the seed contained 3) The plot doesn't show the "X" command and it is impossible to empty it 4) You can't plant anything, nothing grow anymore and the only choice is to destroy the plot Is there a solution?
