Ability to clear map / refresh

I did an OpenWorld mission where I had to place a beacon on a watchtower then tried to implement a thumper nearby and then dismantled the beacon, big mistake; now I have a permanent radar overlay on my map which obscures the main part of my map. Even if I dismantle all devices I cant get rid of the overlayed scan (which is not even transparent); Any suggestions?
