[Suggestion] (server) infomation pannel when joining a server

i like to see an information panel where server owners can write some things about the server and if they got some rules for players to read. Ore discord links and other guides. There can be ether seen when joining ore when pressing Esc this will help server owners a lot

1) Active hyperlink place holder for any communication address like Discord servers
2) Basic information about what to expect on a server / mission.
